Worked Yesterday — Proprietary Rights Notice Effective for this distribution: 18 September 2026 Copyright (c) 2026 Worked Yesterday contributors. All rights reserved. Worked Yesterday is a product by SVÄRTA. This distribution of the first-party Worked Yesterday software, including its CLI, libraries, integration adapters, app prototype and documentation, is proprietary. It is not offered under the MIT License or another open-source license by this notice. Except as stated below, or as required by applicable law, no permission is granted to use, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, embed or otherwise exploit the Software without a separate written agreement from the relevant copyright holders. Possession of source code or a binary, installation instructions, and the absence of technical license checks do not grant such permission. Commercial use requires an applicable commercial license agreement. Evaluation also requires separate written authorization; no general free tier or automatic trial is granted by this notice. Exceptions and retained rights: 1. Prior grants: this notice does not revoke or restrict rights already granted under an earlier license, including MIT, for the material covered by that earlier license. It does not retroactively relicense previously distributed copies or remove their required notices. 2. Third-party components: separately licensed dependencies and third-party material remain governed by their respective licenses and copyright notices, not by the restrictions in this notice. Preserve those notices when required. 3. Website demonstration: visitors may access the official product website and run its browser-based simulation as presented, including downloading its simulated report. This permission covers ordinary website use only, not a license to the actual CLI, libraries, integrations or app, nor permission to redistribute or repackage the demonstration source. Prior grants still apply. 4. User data: this notice does not claim ownership of users' collected data or restrict their ability to retain, export or share their own data and reports. This is a rights-reservation notice, not a complete customer contract or an offer of a paid plan. The commercial agreement must identify the legal licensor and define the permitted use, term, price, support and other applicable terms. Licensing inquiries: https://svrta.ai
